Deshlo’s Policy
- No returns are allowed after the courier has left your location. Returns are only accepted while the courier is still with you.
- In case the order is not received or the customer wants to return it while the courier is still present, the customer bears the shipping cost.
- Exchanges are allowed even after the courier has left, and there is no problem in doing so.

How To Measure?
Measuring for an oversized T-shirt can be quite simple.

1. **Chest Width**: Measure from under one arm to the other across the fullest part of your chest. Make sure the tape measure is straight and parallel to the ground.
