Deshlo’s Policy

- No returns are allowed after the courier has left your location. Returns are only accepted while the courier is still with you.

- In case the order is not received or the customer wants to return it while the courier is still present, the customer bears the shipping cost.

- Exchanges are allowed even after the courier has left, and there is no problem in doing so.

- The customer will bear the shipping cost for exchanges.

- Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
