Exchange is allowed in case our product has manufacture problem.
(The customer is not required to pay any extra fees).

In case the customer has problem with the size.
(The customer is required to pay shipping fees).

Customized products are subject to neither exchanged nor return.
لا يجوز استبدال أو إرجاع المنتجات المخصصة.

Exchangeable and returnable products must be in good condition and have no visible signs of wear or use.
يجب أن تكون المنتجات القابلة للتبديل والإرجاع في حالة جيدة ولا تظهر عليها أي علامات مرئية للتآكل أو الاستخدام. 

Maximum period to accept exchanges is 3 days from receiving the product.
أقصى مدة لقبول الاستبدال هي 3 أيام من تاريخ استلام المنتج.
